Hur sköttes bokningen?: 2 years ago I book Asian hotel for 6 rooms, there is hotel transfer from airport. But this time I was disapointed.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Truly paradise! An awesome place to stay. Located at the edge of Sunrise Beach and not as crowded as the other locations. Rooms are amazing & staff s service is world class. Do try out the massage service by the sea, it really relaxes your mind and soul.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Hotel is very expensive. Rooms quite ok. Huge disappointment that spa was already closed and swimming pool was dirty. We even got rash from the pool!Near the resort is small, cheap and good restaurant without the 17% service charge.Scenery are superb!

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Asked for non-smoking room but the room had clearly been smoked in. Surprising when hotel almost empty!Food very average - but cheap buffet so value for money I guess.Wi-Fi difficult to use - many connection errors, drop outs, and very slow internet access.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: This is the perfect place if you are looking for paradise. No disturbance, no rush, just you, the shining ocean, white powder beaches - and an endless view onto the horizon. Definately different in high season, is this the place to be in low season. Food is in accordance to prices, the rooms are spacious and comfortable - and at least from the beach front bugalows, the view from your bed is stunning.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: For such a beautiful location, the hotel and room were a severe disappointment. The hotel front on the beach was busy with boats all day and the staff were overrun with visitors, so getting any kind of service was very difficult.The restaurant was full of flies, breakfast was chaotic there were so many people and the food was limited - we had to pay extra for bananas if we wanted them - only watermelon and pineapple every morning!Our room had a nice patio but we couldn t use it because it was so hot and needed a fan. There were no decorations at all on the walls of the room.This pristine, idyllic location deserves more respect and protection from over-tourism. However, we did find tranquility at the resort next door, Thanya, which shares the same beach , along with much better food. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Koh Ngai Resort ,c est pour les vacances !!Manque l Internet, et les programes de télévision ,plus haut de gamme !Pas de chaine sport ,mais comme on est en vacances,et que le secteur est 5 étoiles ,Mer claire ,poissons ,calme ,canoe ,marche etc,visites ,etc...bon personel !

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: I stayed in a treehouse and from the outside these treehouses look fantastic and when first built these must have been fabulous but unfortunately the one I stayed in wasn t well maintained. The toilet didn t flush properly and we had to use the shower to flush it. The curtains don t fit the windows properly and when we touched one of them the curtain rail fell off the wall. The electric shower only worked when the outside light was on and it took a couple of cold showers before we worked this out! However, despite these faults staying in this treehouse was a great experience because it really is in a tree!! with a wonderful outdoor balcony area where you can see the tree trunks coming through the building. The gardens and the surroundings are lovely and well maintained and the resort is next to the river. The breakfast is good and we had other meals there that were excellent. The owner is very helpful and efficient and can provide advice and information about the area and can book excursions.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Unfortunately there are not enough accommodation options in Koh Kradan...Well, Koh Kradan resort is at the most beautifully part of the beach At the best beach!!!The water are light blue clrystal clearAmazing!We had an AC room (not beach front)No hit waterAC from 18:00 to09:00 Electricity 24hrThe room looks like one of the simplest Geist houses in ThailandBut bigThe bathroom is basic basic basicOutside-expect a lot of moscitos everywhere!!!Especially when you take a shower or go to the toilet...The color of the water is brown...The restaurant serves several Thai dishes Reasonable pricesBut inconsistent taste and size ...Eventually...That s what you can get for 2000 Thb in Kradan...I wouldn t go to Ao niang whoch is far and isolatedWally s paradise is in the middle of the jungle No beachMany more moscitos...Other options are to pricy...Hope this helps... For this price you get in other regions of Thailand a 3-4 Star Hotel, here you get maximum 2 Star.So the Hotel is very overpriced.The Bungalow looks very old and very very used, only very basic equipped.The service at the reception desk was o.k., the staff speak English very well and is friendly.The service in the restaurant was indeed very bad, there are too many negative points, I cannot mention them all. Probably the owner does not know, what is going on in his restaurant, a big desaster.The island is a very nice and quiet place, very good for snorkeling. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: This is the worst hotel I have visited in 40 countries to date, the cleaning staff does not clean, there be people in reception party for the evening.Hygiene is very poor, there are many cockroaches, the state of the showers is very bad, the floor is rotten.There are hotels nearby for less lot better and more hygienic.I do not recommend anyone to stay there, you can get to nag your stay and want to go as soon as possible Koh Lipe .I payed for 4 nights and stay only 1, the horrible situation of cockroaches and no higiene make me look for another place, and i decide to return to bangkok, very poor place. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Rummen är av varierande kvalitet. Sviterna i strandängar är perfekt om man har smÃ¥ barn med sig. De kan leka pÃ¥ terassen som har tak och bättre mot stranden. Det gör det enkelt att vara pÃ¥ stranden samtidigt som barnen sover i rummet ocksÃ¥. Väldigt bra service. Enda nackdelen är att det är mÃ¥nga fladdermöss som flyger runt när det blivit mörkt, vilket gör det omöjligt att sitta ute pÃ¥ terassen om kvällarna.
