Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Asked for non-smoking room but the room had clearly been smoked in. Surprising when hotel almost empty!Food very average - but cheap buffet so value for money I guess.Wi-Fi difficult to use - many connection errors, drop outs, and very slow internet access.

Hur sköttes bokningen?: As a first time user, I find the service prompt and attentive. Staff polite and helpful.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Excellent central location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fittings may be a tad old but generally very clean and does give an impression of a five star facility. Excellent breakfast served!

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The hotel is in a very good location. Friendly staff. However, the room interior is outdated and in need of renovation. Swimming pool water was cold and on occasions the the water in the shower was berely warm.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Great hotel staff, friendly and very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. If You are to look close, you can see that it´s a bit worn. The beds are very comfortable and BIG! The location of the hotel is very good, central and close to many shops. The little gifts in the bathroom included everything that you need, toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving set, comb, schampoo, conditioner, showersoap etc.The breakfast was one of the better we had in Thailand.I can really recommend this hotel.If you ara going to Pakbara Pier, we can reccomend Welcome Travel and their taxidriver Noi (tel. 086-2915682). He can arrange pick up from Hat Yai airport and transport to Pak Bara at a very resonable price,(and he is a good driver too). They also arrange ferry tickets and make you feel very taken care of. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Definitely the right hotel in Hat Yai if you want comfort. Room is clean and everything works. Too bad there is no safety box inside the room. The Saturday Japanese buffet is worth the money, especially for the sashimi. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: My second stay here. The hotel is well located (central) and the room was clean, if a little worn. The breakfast menu did not vary from day to day but the food was of a good standard. I would use the Novotel again. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]
