Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Nice hotel with large clean rooms but far away from city. About 10 minutes with taxi.Rooms have TV with movie; sport channels, fridge. Air-condition was a disappointment.We had maximum power and were not cold enough for us.Breakfast buffet was included and they have a swimming pool also.One thing is good; it’s only 5 minutes from airport if you have a stopover in Phitsanulok. Room was extremely dirty, carpet soiled, cigarette burns in the carpet, big burn on the carpet from an iron, an old dumpy room with poor lighting. I would not stay in this hotel again if it were free. I d asked for a quiet room but even in the area my room was located, I couldn t sleep due to the constant noise. The WiFi in the room, which isn t free, rarely worked or was so slow it rendered using your laptop as an exercise in futility. I wouldn t recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

Hur sköttes bokningen?: Booking service was o.k although i wasn t given 24 hours to pay as stated, it was due on the same day so this needs to be addressed. Also one of the banks noted where you could pay rejected the bar code on the billing statement.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The resort was undergoing some rectification building works during our stay including extensive tree lopping adjacent our accommodation so noise during the day was an issue as well as scattered debri. Otherwise, the resort has a great location, good food and friendly service/staff. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: TERRIBLE! Dirty bed with big dirt smudge on the sheet. They refused to change the sheet because it was already 8 pm and there was no housekeeping available. The restaurant was already closed and we were told to drive back to town for dinner. The surroundings may be very nice, it was dark when we arrived but it is really far away from town. The bathroom was totally dirty - towels, washbowl, toilet bowl and walls with spider nets have not been cleaned and it was horrible. We didn t stay the night and got a wonderful room in Kunsgri River Hotel. Don t book this hotel, it s a nightmare. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Hotel to be avoided at all costs. I live in Thailand and travel through out and staff are at the bottom of efficiency scale. Breakfast was simply terrible and three Thai friends and myself all had stomach problems after eating.I have stayed here twice- Never again

We had a good time and ofcourse I recomend this hotel for all couples and family. serounding with great nature and takes 5 min. to downtown. It was very nice of being there. We did not want to leave Pai at all, also the resort closeby from small airport. took us only 5 min to fly back to Chiangmai. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: This hotel is one of the worst i have stayed, from the time we arrived i knew we would not enjoy our stay.when we checked in the lady wanted me to pay for the internet wireless service, i told her it was free on the booking site so she did not charge me, but she seemed not happy about it.When we arrived it was quite hot so we decided to have a swim, SHOCK HORROR, the pool water was green and the tiles had green slim on them, the bottom of the pool was very dirty, when i complained to one of the staff she just smiled, so i went to the office and was told the pool was under maintenance, that was a lie, it had not been cleaned for a long time.After i complained my thai g/f over heard one of the staff say to another, WHY DO WE NOT CLEAN THE POOL.So ok i thought i would go to the fitness centre, another shock, NO FITNESS CENTRE although it said they had one on their brochure.So for something to do, i decided to watch tv, you guessed it another shock, NO ENGLISH CHANNEL, not ONE.I asked to speak to the manager and was only able to talk to her on the phone, as i had to pay in advance with Hotell-Thailand.se.com i asked for my money back, but she declined and instead up graded us to the suite which was just the same as the standard room but bigger.The WHOLE hotel is very old and in need of a refurbish badly.I was the only foreigner there,and the breakfast reflected this, the only thing they had was fried eggs( cold).NO cereal, NO bacon, very very ordinary, i like thai food, but not for breakfast.I do not know who or how they rate this hotel, it was 4 anda half on Hotell-Thailand.se.com, i would say 2 at the most.The internet kept cutting out, so they connected LAN, it was better than the wireless but VERY VERY SLOW. so slow i could not be bothered using it.Be warned, DO NOT stay at this hotel, you WILL be sorry.For some reason Hotell-Thailand.se .com do not have any other hotel on their books in Phayao, there are many guest houses that looked nice and clean along the lake, so maybe if you google guest houses in Phayao you might find some.The only good thing about this hotel was the Staff were quite friendly and tried their best to help solve all the problems we encountered, also very close to the bus stop and town.And for me Phayao was very old and un-interesting and very little to do, i would not go back again.
