Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Nice hotel with large clean rooms but far away from city. About 10 minutes with taxi.Rooms have TV with movie; sport channels, fridge. Air-condition was a disappointment.We had maximum power and were not cold enough for us.Breakfast buffet was included and they have a swimming pool also.One thing is good; it’s only 5 minutes from airport if you have a stopover in Phitsanulok.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Quite big hotel which appears to have had its best time in the past already. We visited for 2 nights in low season when the huge hotel (around 600 rooms?) was almost empty which felt a bit creepy. Breakfast is alright even if not spectacular. Forget the pool, the water is really warm, so you almost sweat in it. The water is most likely not changed/circulated regularly.The location is a bit inconvenient outside of the city center.All in all: If you can live with the mentioned issues, you get quite passable value for the money.

Hur sköttes bokningen?: Process too long for a last minute reservation. You have to keep close to internet in order to see 2 confirmations and 1 voucher. Nevertheless, efficient!
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Good quality 4 stars hotel. Excellent breakfast and very courteous staff. I would return at this hotel next time.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: What a difference 10 days make. We stayed at this hotel twice 10 days apart and the first time was a dream and the second time was hell the rooms on the fifth floor are filthy the rooms on the sixth floor are wonderful I would advise anyone staying here to insist on the sixth floor. The hotel is a long way out of town 15 - 20 minutes walk. The hotel locks the front door so you have to walk around the back at night not too pleasant as it is very dark and there are heaps of dogs there too [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Hotel surprenant, désuet, avec une architecture digne de l URSS des années 60 mais passée la suprise, confortable, propre avec un excellent rapport qualite prix (bon petit dej mais pour la restauration peut mieux faire)

Hur sköttes bokningen?: Very efficient and worked well. One thing was that I was billed in UK pounds not Thai Baht. This should be made clear at the booking stage. However, overall I am happy to use Hotell-Thailand.se again.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Very good value with nice big clean rooms. A large hotel with few guests. An excellent self service breakfast and staff were very helpful.We will stay in this hotel again.
