Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We stayed here one night after riding the afternoon train from Bangkok to the border. We got there around 8 PM and the staff were very pleasant and inviting. We gave our Tuk Tuk driver paperwork with the motels logo on it and he drove us straight to it. The charge for ride was 80 Baht. The room was poolside very clean, comfortable. There was Band playing music in English poolside and it was pleasant to listen to as we drifted to sleep. We would tell any of our friends and loved ones to crash here for one night before heading to the border of Cambodia.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: room is ok , breakfast was very very deeply cold! even we woke up at 8.30. staff have to learn to speak english, swimming pool is very dirty even they clean but we can see how dirty it is!!! this hotel is located a little bit far from the border / can not walk to ! but it s the best hotel in that area [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Inte värt pengarna, dyrt. Priserna i restaurangen var höga, jämfört med övriga Thailand. Dyraste under vÃ¥ra tre veckor i Thailand. Personalen kunde dÃ¥lig engelska. Önskvärt med ett mini markt i närheten.Vi var tvungna att ha en extra säng i vÃ¥rt rum som kostade extra till ingen nytta fastän det fanns tvÃ¥ dubbelsängar. DÃ¥ligt! Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: the setting itself is perfect and lovely but it is very isolated so you need your own transport, just to eat.. Also, as the owners are not there on week days, the resort is run by teenagers who don t speak a word of english. Lastly, the quietness of the spot is spoilt by the sound of constant music on or the TV. I left after 2 nights.. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We were happy with the hotel and the service. It is not far to walk from the train station. The hotel does not do pick-up service but can transfer guests back to the station.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We loved the layout of the village setting and our wonderful house, but the children asked for a swimming pool. Perhaps the large pond near the reception could be a swimming pool in future. Also the restaurant needs softening as it is very bright and feels unwelcoming. The food was tasty but incredibly salty. I did tell this to the staff, but unless I speak Thai, then it will never change. Perhaps a little more English needs to be understood and perhaps spoken too, although I know this is difficult. Given there are no nearby alternatives for food, then the restaurant needs to be very very good and to cater for all the needs of the guests. Perhaps a few simple western options (low salt might help). If families are staying then simple foods are best (western children do not like spice very much but appreciate things like chicken sate and rice, plain roast chicken, plain quick boiled vegetables like carrot and broccoli). I am sure simple changes can help to make Ayodhara Village a wonderful experience.The location is wonderful if you want somewhere authentically Thai and out of town The boat trip is very nice, stopping at some of the more scenic temples and providing a great morning of exploration. But the location is cut off from any other restaurants. A two day stay is fine, but any more would be too much. Perhaps a pool and a more happy restaurant would help to keep people longer. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: This hotel is a bit far from the border and I found that there are quite a few budget hotel near the market area. Cons: the receptionist doesnt speak English so it would be hopeless to communicate though she found someone who could translate what we were asking. The bedsheets and towels seemed filty but we didnt bother asking for replacement as we arrived in the evening.isWhen we check out the receptionist trying to get money by asking us to pay 900 baht but I insisted that I paid it already.Pros: It s quiet during our stay, the food in the restaurant is good.

If i no this i will not booked ther. But Hotel Nice god service but only 1 person speak english only manager. They have to learn some english.

No pork, no seafood, no fish. And the sign to hotel is not clear, we got lost but their staff keen to find us and lead us to the hotel.However, the service from hotel staff is very good. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Arrived in the hotel at 10 pm. There was no hot water in the shower. Complained to the reception and they sent a man to my room to find out what the problem was. He could not fix it. I had to come to the reception again with the same complaint. The reception eventually admitted that the whole hotel had no hot water. So sending that man to my room was just a delaying tactics. I understood that they simply disconnected central water heating system late at night to save money hoping that guests won t need hot water at such late hour. I made a scene at the reception and by midnight they turned the hot water back on. Horribly experience.The hotel is a way overpriced and the noise from slamming doors from the corridors woke me up early in morning as guests left their rooms to go to the restaurant for breakfast. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The Sukhothai Resort is a very nice and relaxing place.Just ca. 3 Km from the ancient Sukhothai.The staff including the Reception does all a very good job and they are all friendly. The only unfriendly people where some of the guest. Aren t they happy about the holiday.The guest rooms are new, clean and at a good standart.The Swimming Pool is very nice.
