Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: I have booked 3 rooms for a rate of 1800 per day and per room, after paid the hotel or reservation center by credit card, they told me the room type i have reserved was fully booked and asked me to pay 1000 more per room and per day to be upgradedNot nice to start, it tooks about 1 day for that issue to be solved out and i have been upgraded for freeBe aaware about that issue that is common apparently in phuket good luck i live in Thailand so far it is easy for me to complain and get back my mo ney [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: All service good and all the staff helpful and nice....had a few early problems with air con noise and noisy fan... another room was provided for me so all was goodThankyoubobby
