Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We stayed here for 5 nights and unfortunately had to pay fully in advance. Were fairly disappointed with our choice and would have preferred to have left after a couple of days had we only paid a deposit.Hotel location was a little out of way which we did realise when we booked but the shuttle service wasnt frequent enough so we more often than not had to pay for transport to beach area.Hotel itself looks much better on the internet photos - pool area was probably only thing that was ok. Pool Bar quiet & you could sit there waiting to be served & nobody would come.When we arrived we had to get extra beds put in our interconnecting rooms - when existing beds were moved it was obvious they dont clean under them & I had to get them to do this.Bathroom Showers were Filthy & it urgent need of a re-fit.Breakfast was included each day but unfortunatly in short supply..everyday!Some days we were early - food that should have been hot was Stone Cold other days we would go later but still the same, empty containers that were not refilled during our breakfast so missed out on the little choice that they had. Overall it was probably the worst value for money out of the 9 places we stayed during our holiday around Thailand. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Reception was good, especially the man on night duty. Very helpful & friendly, compared to the lady on the morning shift.Very cosy surrounding.Some suggestions: Stairs to the hillside rooms are narrow & slippery when wet. I fell from the stairs during check-out. It would be good to have broader steps. Mosquito coils should be provided for hillside rooms since there are quite a number of mosquitoes at night.Overall rating: 7/10. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Hur sköttes bokningen?: r service took care of the problem,(booking cancelation), maturely and efficiently. Your poplicies are really effective and thorough. Could not be happier.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: I know this is computer generated and you do not have all the current information but thank you for canceling my reservation at this hotel and using the payment to you for another reservation. This place need a lot of work. Is currently under renovation and should not be visited by anyone for several weeks if at all. Place needs a lot of work and is not worth the money and should be taken off your list. Again at this time not fit for human habitation. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Nice and clean hotel. The pool was in an absolutely bad condition. The staff spoke nearly no english and was not really motivated. My door could not be locked and no one was able to repair this. Perhaps I would stay there again, but only for the half of the roomrate. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Eigentlich ganz manierlich. Der Pool allerdings befindet sich in einem disaströsen Zustand. Fehlende Bodenfliesen wurden (warum auch immer) durch grobe Betonplatten ersetzt, auch im Kinderbecken. daran habe ich mir direkt einen Zehennagel abgerissen. Die aeussere Ablaufrinne hat durchgehend keine Abdeckung und kann bei den haeufigen Stromausfällen nachts schnell zu einer bösen Ueberraschung führen. Der grösste Teil des Personals spricht fast kein Englisch und macht einen höchst unmotivierten Eindruck. Den Anspruch den dieses Hotel stellt, besonders preislich, wird es auf jeden Fall nicht gerecht. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]
