Hur sköttes bokningen?: I have booked through Hotell-Thailand.se for eight of last trips to Thailand and have been very happy. However for the first time Hotell-Thailand.se goofed up. They did not send me a airport pick up at Phuket airport despite having paid for it in advance. Grace, who handled my booking has refunded my payment for the pick up
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Nice resort with very friendly staff. However the hotel area and rooms are infested with mosquitoes.Despite getting the rooms sprayed , it did not help. The toilet, especially the shower area was a big disappointment. The shower did not have a shower curtain which was big or wide enough to prevent the toilet floor from getting fully wet.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The hotel is a bit rundown and there was renovation work going on which was noisy, especially around the pool area. e moved to another hotel after 9 days. There is much better value available in Patong

Hur sköttes bokningen?: The booking service by under1000baht.com was excellent! as I had made an error in my booking after paying and realised I booked one day too many,This was no problem and they corrected it quickly and credited my credit card for the extra day within 2 days, I can reccomend this booking service.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: I have stayed here several times and found everything to be great however I had never stayed on the ground floor, when presented with my room I was terribly dissapointed to find the room in very poor condition especially the bathroom mouldy, I returned to recception and asked for a upgrade to the second floor which cost me an extra 600 baht per night (well worth it) as the room was what I had expected from previous trips, much more upmarket and in good condition.For those who may what to invite a (guest?) back to your room.... They have now added a 600 baht fee which if negotiated can be waved!! overall after the room upgrade (required) the pool is good the service is good and the breakfast is average but acceptable, there are cheaper places on the beach front however the slightly out of the way location is good in terms of noise at night and a good nights sleep is acheivable. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: enjoyed my stay at coconut village. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms very clean and comfortable.the only negative was the young man at the pool bar playing loud disco music most of the day instead of allowing the area to be a quiet haven for families.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: This is a great value for a nice hotel. I stayed there off season so the price was unbelievable and the room was very nice. A/C worked great, room cleaned everyday, clean sheets on bed everyday, great cable tv and the internet service was reasonable (buy it by the week, much cheaper). Hotel staff was very nice and acommadating. Was fairly close to beach 2 blocks and closer than other hotels of same price range. Will go back again. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Hur sköttes bokningen?: Why you don t know what happend in the Hotel that customer want to book.I pay before and cannot get back my money when i see that a Hotel is under construction.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: As we arrive in the Hotel there was the same wing under new construction as we booked the Suite before. In our Room and at the poolside everything very noisy.The managment told us they have to renoved now becaus it is low season.My question is : Why i don t see on the Internetsite that this Hotel is under renovation when i want to book. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: This hotel is in a nice area at one end of Patong beach. Only 5 mins walk to all the main action. Its a nice place but its a bit dated and in need of a revamp. The bathrooms are a bit old and in need of repair. The pool area is very nice with plenty of sunloungers. There is no free internet access here, which is unusual for Thailand. I d say you could get nicer for the same money.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We where four persons and have been there for 9 nights. We enjoined the location, the stuff and the resort. I recommend the place and the friendly stuff for visitors that don t like big and noisy resorts.

Delicious food, great location. Definitely going back there and staying longer next time. Hats off to everyone at Coconut Village Resort!

Hur sköttes bokningen?: i had used many booking services and by far Hotell-Thailand.se was by far the most efficient and the best. not a problem with the hotel or anything.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Not so excited......It was further away from the main roads and the hotel pictures were not really great. When we check in I knew this place is going to be good. It looked better than the pictures. The staff were always smiling and always there to provide you with the help. The deluxe room that we got was pretty big. The shower was ok, water gets pretty hot at one point and it will get cold again. I can’t really say anything about the breakfast but I did order from coconut restaurant. After a long night of drinking, I can barely move from my bed, starving...went ahead and ordered some foods which turned out to be pretty good. Within ten min or so...the food was delivered in our room. I almost forgot, the wifi internet that was advertise, we thought it was going to be free; well no it is not free. It’s actually quite expensive. It’s about 150 baht for a 1 hr card…the whole day; you can buy more of course. But asides from the negative stuff, this hotel is fairly good. I am sure you can find a better more expensive hotel but if you’re on a budget....stay on this one. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Stayed at Coconut Village for two weeks. Room was big and bathroom facilities great as had a nice big bath with a seperate shower and good water pressure. Great pool and staff wonderful. Have been to Patong many times and staff here helpful and friendly in all respects. Highly recommend Coconut Village as value for money.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: If you want an inexpensive hotel to do some shopping this is the place. The breakfast was good and changed daily. Ate at the restaurant one night which wasn t brilliant but was reasonably priced so you get what you pay for. The pool was nice and you could always get a chair. The staff were very nice and couldn t be more helpful. Hotel is a short walk to beach, markets or shops. I wouldn t pay full price for this hotel but at 1,200tb a night I d stay there again [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]
