Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: During Tsunami Warning lock out of hotel. No real plan in place. Kids were frightened. Up until that point was ok. Rooms do not suit families. No more than 3 people comfortably in a room.

Hur sköttes bokningen?: We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children, but it seems as if the agent did not notify the hotel. On arrival at 1:00am, the hotel advised us they only expected 2 adults according to their agent s paper work, so they had to put in an extra bed in the room for us, then we were charged for the extra bed as well as the kids b/f throughout our entire stay, which completely threw out our budget, so we had to negotiate with the manager and was able to get a discount.......Not happy at all.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We are happy that this hotel is in a great location where there are lots of night life and very convenient.The staff here are very friendly and the service is fantastic during our stay. However, after we checked out, we realized that we have left 3 jackets in the wardrobe, so a couple of days later, I emailed the Hotel manager (Yuttapoon), whom I had no problems getting a reply from previously, but this time I did not hear from him at all. A couple of our jackets had only been worn for the first time. It is such a pity we left them behind. Also there seems to be frequent problems with their wifi as we couldn t get on the internet very often.All in all we are not so happy with their after support and internet, but everything else is great. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: A great hotel to stay at. Good size rooms and bathroom. Clean and still quite new. Good location. The restaurant on the ground floor had really good food and was not expensive. Nice rooftop pool area. A decent and well priced hotel. Would recommend to anyone. Oh, i found the staff to be helpful, courteous and just nice people.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: First time there, first time i stayed at this hotel. definitely an experience to remember. One of the best experience, no disappointments. service was good, room was spacious, a third person wouldnt be a crowd. definitely a place to stay in phuket again! Cheers!

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: It s located at a quieter area opposite hard rock cafe but walking distances to patong beach (5 min) and bangla road (20 min) the happening hang out place. The room is spacious and clean. Facilities wise is exactly the same being shown on the website. Love the rooftop bar n swimming. It s just simply nice n cosy.Whatsoever, the tap water is unbearably yellowish. After all I think it s due to the water quality in phuket. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The hotel is very clean and rooms are good with modest and clean facilities. The bathroom is quite big and clean too. The Gym and swimming pool is also very good. Hotel staff are friendly and prompt to address problems and help needed.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: I have tried many hotels and resorts in Phuket, i actually will not recommend this hotel to anyone, cause of inefficient stuff and recieption, i have to to wait for checking in more than 2 houres and it was 2:30 p.m when i arrived with my family and my children , stuff confusing , room not ready and so on .. I see people suffering the same everyday while checking waiting at the lobby, i dont know the reason, and many seems complaining, , Not recomended for people seeking relax and calm , very noisy location, in general i did not enjoy staying at this hotel, ...by the way , you have to take your laggage to your room by your self!Thank you. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: I would not come back again to this hotel and i dontrecomend it to any traveler would stay in patong becauseof a bad inexperienced idiot stuff at reception at all times of the day during my stay even restuarant stuff they were rude and forget the smile especially the women with long chin !also the dont have any body to carry your bagages when arrive !they park two bagage troly and you manage your self !at night you hear the drum and electronic quitar of the hard rock cafe in your room !the lift are only one and too slow and small !
