More privacy.+ Room service is good and friendly.- alot of mosquitos,there is a need to do some fogging especially at the pool-access rooms the one that we got.*Tips:Travel up to Patong for muslim halal food. dat is the only shop that we found! To rent a motorcyle and travel is worth the money!

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: due to the fact that we have problems with our flight back to home,we made bad experience with the reception.i expect for a 4 star hotel someone on the desk who can speak (and understand) english.thta was not the case....i stayed last year in the same hotel and had the same problems on the desk as this year...anything else was good [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: I ve booked a classic room which is spacious,clean,neat. room-service is very good,delicious with reasonable price,especially pizza.swimming pool is quite large.however, the staff working in the swimming pool is little boring.no one help to open the sun umbrella.Upon check-out,I d left my visa in the front desk then caused me a lttle inconveniebce.Obviously, the staff of training is inadequate.Breakfast is just fair,but the coffee is the best i ve ever drank. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: This is a lovely, new hotel. Good enough location - about a 5-10 min walk to the main strip, and continual transfer to the beach (although the walk is fine!) The rooms were lovely, and service was excellent. The only gripe I would have would be the cost of alcohol, food etc, , which was considerably higher than other places we had stayed. However, it was nothing that a trip to a 7/11 couldn t sort out, and we wanted to eat out most of the time anyway. Overall, a lovely hotel, but if you are planning to stay around the hotel for meals etc, you might find it a wee bit steep. Otherwise, go for it! [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Excellent Service, Friendly Staff, Clean Rooms, Large Pool, Luxury Spa and a Great Breakfast. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. The only bad thing is about Phuket itself: It has become very commercial and Scandinavian compared to 15 years ago when I was there last time. Hur sköttes bokningen?: Very easy, even with lots of emails since we booked late in the busy period. I wish Hotell-Thailand.se would take Baht (bank exchange rate + 1% CC charge) from my Credit Card and not GBP (inter bank/tourist rate + 1% CC charge) as this would be cheaper for me. Will recommend to friends.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Great Hotel that is only a year old and should be classed as 4+ or 5 Star. Standard rooms and breakfast are very good, the only downside is that the restaurant and tour booking desk is very expensive, walk outside for a lot cheaper. The private beach with free transport was beautiful. Will recommend to friends.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: excellent hotel and staff were great and helpfull. loverly clean rooms and a great pool which was clean and lots of beds around it. was quiet on my stay but im sure this new hotel will soon fill up as word spreads about its quality. its a 10min walk from beach but hotel provides shuttle service for those not wantin to walk. once there free sun beds and umberellas provided. will be goin back on my next visit to the loverly kata [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]
