Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: I was very impressed about the personalized services whether it came from a little card wishing us Good Night and a lovely gift before our departure, and not to forget the choice of personalized shower foam .Overall, it was a marvellous hotel and I will not hesitate choosing this hotel the next time. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The resort is indeed gorgeous, we took the jacuzzi seaview room. The jacuzzi was good but too bad we were not too lucky. Our room was on 2nd floor so the seaview was obstructed by trees. Overall i think the resort is nice, relaxing, rooms are pretty and lobby had amazing seaview. BUT there were downsides- pools were very tiny and shallow, no welcome drinks, strictly no extension of checkout time (even till 1pm not granted), even the laundry bag chargeable (350baht), and there is aTaxi mafia gang right outside the resort. U may not hire a taxi from anywhere else unless u are coming back from outside, and taxi rates are as per shown in their price chart (no negotiations).I have been to Phuket6 times and stayed in different resorts each time. My feel is that u can easily find many other Similarly nice resorts that offer seaview rooms for that price bucket or cheaper. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The hotel was amazing and the scenery great. Everything was clean and the staff was amazingly attentive. The only improvement I would suggest is that they have more shuttles to Patong as even during the off peak season the bus shuttle was fully booked. We booked earlier on but felt sorry for the other guests that did not get a chance for it. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: This hotel is great and receptionists are very nice and helpful, they helped us as much as they can. My girl friend is also very happy for birthday cake which they had prepared and birthday song. Very nice & Surprised. Hope we can visit Cape Sienna next time. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]
