Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Our visit to Mukdara Beach was in general a pleasant experience. However, we do have 2 points of complaint.1) During most of our visit the toilet in our accommodation was not working. We reported this several times, but not until Monday 09MAY was it finally fixed. This was a major problem to us and we several times had to go to the toilet area by the beach front. Very inconvenient for us.2) On Monday afternoon we needed to change our reservation in order to leave 1 day prior to already arrange. We contacted reception/Khun Keem, who contacted head office in Bangkok by phone. After the phone conversation Khun Keem advised us that it was possible to leave 1 days earlier and that we would get a refund for this unused day. Later in the evening, however, Khun Keem, had NO recollection of this deal and now advised that no refund was possible.Taking into consideration that we had to accept a malfunctioning toilet during most of our stay we should at least be granted a refund for this earlier check-out and expect to hear further from you in this respect. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen, schade war aber, dass das Frühstück nicht im Touch Beach restaurant serviert wurde, sondern im Coffee-Shop. Gefehlt hat u.E. eine wirklich gute Thaisuppe zum Frühstück.Ansonsten alles perfekt - sehr zu empfehlen.

Hur sköttes bokningen?: Hotell-Thailand.se provided quick and efficent service with it s reservation system and the turn around time from the U.S. to the agency was very prompt when responding to my question. While their hotel prices are higher than some other websites that deal with Thailand the service was excellent

The accomodations were quite luxurious and the service very efficient and thorough. considering this hotel was totally destroyed by the 2004 tsunami it has been totally restored. The grounds are impeccable as are the villas. The only drawback was that my husband and I were the only English speaking guests the whole week we were there. The resort,as well as the town of Khao Lak is a haven for German tourists, even menus and shop signs were in German! Regardless, it was a great week. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Hur sköttes bokningen?: Very reliable and efficient. Everything worked as it should. Would heartily recommend khao-lak today.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We stayed in a deluxe garden villa. Superb gardens, pools and location. Staff very friendly and helpful. The fresh sea breezes and lack of light and noise pollution at night were much appreciated as we were travelling with a 3 year-old. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: really nice hotel, very friendly stuff, big breakfast buffet, rooms were spacious, clean and cozy, the only disadvantage is that there is no shadow at the beach and you have to lie at the pool under the parasoil.had a perfect stay there. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Great room, especially the bathroom. Really nice hotel, and right on the beach.Staff were always attentive, good breakfast spread, close enough to all you need. I suggest renting a motorbike for the stay (200-250Baht per day, but worth it)- taxi s can get a little pricey! I would definitely stay here again.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Very nice hotel with an excellent service level and top quality food. The hotel is situated right on the beach with convenient distance to downtown Khao Lac.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: It was a very nice hotel near the beach, in a beautiful setting, with a large and excellent pool area. Good service, clean and very relaxing. Close to Khao Lak town, but still very calm and relaxing in every way. I strongly recommend the hotel and the Khao Lak area.
