Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: -Forgotten to tell that there is still constructions going on in the hotel. Dust en dirt everywere.-People with backproblems must surch for other location - the matrasses (we were in 4 different rooms) are made off concreet.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Perfectly located for easy access to all that Pattaya has to offer.The rooms in the tower wing are new and modern and well designed.Central Festival is right next door and the beach is minutes away.Helpful staff,nice pools,good value.

It is close to everything; my room is spacious and clean; its buffet breakfasts are superb; and it provided me with a lot more (such as free tea, coffee and water; a hot pot; a safe)than I expected from this hotel at the reasonable rate that i paid. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Nice hotel, but some noise, they are buliding a new wing. I will for sure stay here next time. Soi 8 is great for partying and you have Pattaya s best shoppingcenter Central Festival just around the corner.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Sunshine Residense Hotel Wing will closed on 31 Oct. There new building is openning on 1 Nov. Their room rate is quite high. I haven t seen the rooms, they must be great to ask for those rack rates. Staff was great.

Hur sköttes bokningen?: I had to change my booking twice due to other commitments and this was done with the minimum of fuss.I use Hotell-Thailand.se for all my hotel bookings and they have never let me down.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The residence wing is getting run down and will need renovations soon. There is no pool due to rebuilding of wing A. Hotel staff provides great sevice. The room rate is too high, considering, the condition of rooms. Not sure if I will be returning.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: For 1700 THB I expected a much better hotel. At the time of my stay, no swimming pool and no free internet access was available. Laundry extremelly expencive. Many other hotels offer much better facilities,service and quality. Very dissapointed.At the time of my arrival, had water problem in my room, not same type of room was available, offered a superior room. Next day, I been asked to change and move room again. The only thing the staff did for me is to say sorry sir . I work in the same industry and in case of accidents, we offer to our Guests much more than a simple word SORRY .
