Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: I didn t like the room #351) since the 2 window views were complete blocked by the adjacent block of rooms. The small swimming pool had no decent furniture and insufficient shade (umbrellas or canopies to protect from sunlight). Also the concentration of chlorine or other chemical treatment in the small pool water seemed to be very hight; I had stinging eyes for 3 hours after swimming in it. I noticed a temporary pump in use there the previous day so perhaps the metering was incorrect. Otherwise, lovely hotel, nice pleasant staff. No other comaints. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: this was our 2nd time staying here, lovely hotel, big clean rooms , 2 fantistic pool areas,very peacfull and quiet , just off the main road but close to everything. will stay again. only minor complaint would be the wifi cost 300bht a day , but not a major issue. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Overall very good, this hotel has beenrenovated and is in a good location. Nice swimming pools and clean new roomsremoved from the streets of Pattaya,butjust a short walk away. I would stay here again.

Hur sköttes bokningen?: I experienced that when I sent query for 4-5 hotels shown as available on the website they sent back options only for 2 and showing rest are fully booked. While when I enquired at the reception in those Hotels in Pattaya I found that they were less than 50% occupied. Hotell-Thailand.se seems to revert with the costlier options only, might be higher commission or lower allocation to Hotell-Thailand.se from Hotel though second looks less likely. Since I live in Bangkok I will test Hotell-Thailand.se along with similar sites for my next holiday to benchmark. Clearly if I observe similar situation again I will think again before using Hotell-Thailand.se. However I was quite satisfied with their speed of confirmation.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The Hotel location is quite good, right on the beach road and is quite decent to stay with family. However the rooms are quite small and seems pretty old. Considering ntheir loaction this could have been a really good quality Hotel but I guess they prefer budget travellers. Room is very very basic with no amenities like Hot water kettle, safe, Tissues etc. Toiletries provided are very poor quality and Towels are also very very old. Add to that the filthy Pattaya beach, I didnt even touched sea water. Breakfast was quite ok. Overall not poor experience. Looks like I will not be going back to same Hotel ever agin. Hur sköttes bokningen?: Had no issues while booking on Hotell-Thailand.se.com. There are many options to choose from and got prompt response to my bookings made. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Hur sköttes bokningen?: Booking service always okay, until you until you get to reception. They did not know anything about our booking as usual. This has happened every time I have booked via the internet ( 7 times) so i expected that and had all the relevant paperwork ready. I think there are communication problems at the hotel, not on the booking system. I always get all confirmation details from Hotell-Thailand.se booking system 100%.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: I will never book this hotel again, This is just a very basic hotel.1. Overpriced,2. One entrance very inconvenient they lock gates which was a short way out. 30 mt from the beach with 400mt walk to the beach. 3. T.V reception very bad could not watch anything.4. NO FREE WI-FI wanted 100baht per 30mins ridicules price, 6 times the price of internet café, and 5 times the price to connect via mobile phone. At over 7,000 baht for 3 days this should be a free service as in many hotels. 5. Broken door lock ( room 104 )6. Breakfast as normal in a Thai hotel cold and generally inedible, coffee was ok. On arrival they had no record of our booking, as usual for an internet booking. The staff were pleasant enough the rooms were clean and tidy but we had a broken door lock on the door out the swimming pool area and asked for a change of room they said they had a small room where building work was being carried out, we stay with the broken lock, room 104. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The Hotel was very good and the staff helpfull but the hotel charged ecessivly to retain the room till 9.00pm as we had a late flight back to UK. They charged us £51.00 we only paid £27.00 per night booked through Hotell-Thailand.se.com

Hur sköttes bokningen?: Once again 10 out of 10 I can t fault the service and will book with Hotell-Thailand.se again next year on my visit to Thailand
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Hotel good, rooms nice and clean, it has 2 great pools, cheap mini bar, no extra cost for ladies! One bad point is they still have building work next to it and work starts early and finishes late aprox 8am-9.30pm.
