Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We booked online but we didnt know how it looks until we arrived.The bungalows was really high up in mountain for climbing and no really beach for bathing in the ocean,small pool,a lot of wedding couples was here 2 nights in a row,only one place to eat for breakfast,lunch,dinner.good service there but it was to little to choose from.Maybe a good place for couples on their own,couples that like to live in very poor bungalows and the spare bed we got for our daughter(she is 15) was rusty and old.Ants in room and as always it´s difficult to remind them all the time that we arre 3 persons,so we would like to have things in room for 3 persons..... Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The best hotel we had in Thailand! Very good service, beatifull hotel and well maintaned. The location is nice, quite and easy for going anywhere. The staff is verry nice and smily. The restaurant verry good with all staff always quind and looking for our baby.Plenty little things for getting your stay realy nice. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Beautiful resort, excellent service, all the personal was very helpful, all we needed they did everything to help us. We had excellent diners by the sea with the beautiful view. Nice, peaceful place, great for relaxing vacations.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The hotel as such consists of a number of bungalows with various loacations within the hotel area. Avoid the river view bungalows but the sea view and the beach front bungalows are fantastic. The staff is probably the most friendly and helpful we met. The commuter van to a nearby beach compensates for the rocky hotel beach. Having said rocky - don´t miss the Rocky bar which is really the place to be during warm oriental nights. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The hotel as such consists of a number of bungalows with various loacations within the hotel area. Avoid the river view bungalows but the sea view and the beach front bungalows are fantastic. The staff is probably the most friendly and helpful we met. The commuter van to a nearby beach compensates for the rocky hotel beach. Having said rocky - don´t miss the Rocky bar which is really the place to be during warm oriental nights. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Nice hotel with friendly staff but the beach is not nice. Actually you have to take a shuttle every day that bring you to an other beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Bra hotell.Rekommenderar sea view.Men även forrest view bra. Bra AC.Egna stranden bra vid högvatten mellan ca kl 1100-1600. Trevlig personal och helt ok frukost. Poolen fräch men lite kall. MÃ¥nga bröllop fÃ¥r man se.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: we didn t like the hotel at all.it was dirty, not well maintained and pratically it is a complex full of concrete and build up in a cheap way.Food was ok, average. Service is nice though, as everywhere in Thailand.Pictures on line don t show exactly the look of the rooms and we have been given a smelly, humid, moisty room.We have asked to have another more expensive room ( sea view) which was ok but still low maintenance and dirty ( bathroom soaps probably haven t been changed since long time). Also we didn t have warm water in the room.All in all, we left one day earlier and I will not reccomend this place to anyone.Go go Pimalai and have the time of your life. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Unfortunately for us this hotel did not suit us as a family with two small children - too many high stone steps and the beach was quite small and rocky. So we moved. That said the food in the restaurant was great and I think it would be perfect for couples or people with older children. The views are also fantastic and it is a very restful resort. The Manager - Kai - was soooo helpful when we moved, even ringing round to find alternative, suitable acommodation, it was unbelievable. What a great person he is someone who knows about custoemr service. The other staff here are also very friendly, helpful and relaxed, so it was a shame for us that we had to leave. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Very friendly staff and good service. But we want to point out that the beach is poor, many rocks. The water in the pool was very cold. We booked a bungalow with river view, avoid them. Book forest or sea view, they are much better.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We had a great time at Moonlight resort, it was such a beautiful location, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and we loved our room. Booked the honeymoon suite and it had amazing views and a bath/infinity type pool on the deck, perfect :) Would definitely stay there again.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Very nice resort, the beach front condos are recommended. Aviod river view condos.Very good service and nice restaurant, plus cool bar at the beach front. If you need a quiet place to recover at, this might be the alternative.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We stayed at Moonlight Bay Resort on Koo Lanta for one week. The place is beautifully situated on a hill and close to the sea.The beach had too many stones to be nice for cildren. The resort had on the other hand a free transfer to a nice and quiet beach. The staff was really doing their best to make the guests feel special. The pool area was nice with a nice place for the kids were they could paint and play.The only negative was that one of the bungalowes was in bad condition and we had some troubles to change it. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Very friendly and helpful staff. Resturant served nice food for a reasonable price. We enjoyed the pool and the Rocky Bar for sunsets. The beach is rocky but the resort offers free transport to a very nice beach just a few minutes away. distance to Saladan is maybe 15 minutes with Tuk-tuk for about 100Bath per person.
