Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Holiday from HELL with accommodation badly over represented on websiteRun down motorway motel style main block situated on busy main road a long way from town with a dangerous/inefficient shuttle service(more later). All hotel rooms are in this block (not villa or cabins)and some overlook or are level with main rd. Balcony in our case was level with hotel entrance and main rd. Some rooms are in ground floor level with pool whilst others are on top floor with balcony overlooking pool and or road.Suggest you get confirmation of floor and if balcony overlooks pool. Suggest you forget it otherwise.We refused our family Suite on basis it was not what we expected as depicted on website. Wanted quite location and this was not one. Room was dark and bathroom had only small view of quiet pool area.Were offered room on top floor starting next day.Refused because of noisy location. Was offered Villa which was situated inside grounds and away from road up hill. Too big for us but we took it as booking was for 8 days and we didnt think we could refuse without loosing all monies.Bed linen in villa had animal dirt on it. Changed it ourselves as didnt think hotel staff would be helpful. Kitchen area in villa leaked when it rained and we were looked out twice due to faulty locks. Bit like Faulty Towers but not funny at 16000 baht for two of us!Villa did not appear to have been used for some time.TV reception was very poor. Asked reception staff why and told hotel was under new ownership and agreement not yet reached. Palm tree overgrowing sat dish at villa would not help. Offered to cut it down but overall hotel staffs very poor English made communications a bad joke in the end. Talking just led to confusion!B/f and restaurant ok as long as you didnt mind cats sitting watching you eat or rubbing against your legs. Shuttle service worked at times once needs were clarified however on one occassion shuttle was 30 mins late due to hotel overbooking(19.30 from town)and second time 12 people were waiting for max 4 seats in pick-up. 8 paxs stood/sat in pick-up. (Dangerous).My partner (female) and myself were verbally abused by this group and on arrival at hotel the situation deteriorated and almost became physically violent. Police should have been called. Hotel staff didnt do anything.Security Guard at hotel was useless and shuttle driver just hoped if he smiled and said sorry it would all go away.Demanded to be moved next day at no cost and was.Holiday from hell. Taking matter further. Suggestion: Don t believe what you see read and are promised on websites [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Hur sköttes bokningen?: Efficient, prompt and very professional. I did this booking only 2 weeks before arriving in Thailand, all on-line. Everything went exactly as organised. Will definitely book with them again.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Stayed here 4 nights (at Ao Nang) and a peaceful introduction to busy Thailand on way to Phi Phi Island. It is about 10 min drive out of the main area but a shuttle service is available. Not much English spoken but easy to get by. Very clean and efficient and friendly. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Es waren sehr schoene Tage im Resort. Das Servicepersonal war einfach nur Klasse!!! Naechstes Jahr werde ich wieder dort meinen Urlaub fuer 3 Wochen mit meiner Familie verbringen.Die Zimmer waren ordentlich und sauber.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Very nice staff. Food was great. We stayed in a family room for 6 nights and the room was nice too. Hur sköttes bokningen?: Excellent Service. I made a last minute booking and the resort I chose turned out to be fully booked. Hotell-Thailand.se called up hotels and offered me an alternative which turned out to be an excellent choice.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Very nice hotel, very nice staff, excellent food. Located about 10 minutes by tuk tuk from Ao Nang this hotel is perfect for those who like to stay a bit away from the main tourist area and like to experience the famous Thai hospitality in its true sense. The resort is still very new, rooms are spacious and the pool size sufficient. Book a room facing the pool side as the other side faces the road. Free shuttle is provided three times a day at specific times, but for 100 Baht you can also book transfer individually. The resort has a nice spa area. Massages should be booked a few hours in advance. Guest in the resort represent a nice mix of all ages, European as well as Asian countries, families as well as couples and groups of friends. Please pool just outside the room and decent food served at the small bar / restaurant.It is about 10 minutes from the beach but you can hire a scooter from the hotel very cheaply and it makes getting around fun (and easy).Basically a sound place to stay [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: This is a nice little hotel with peaceful surrounding. The restaurant is small, but they serve very good thai food. The rooms are big (we had a family room) and clean and the pool is ok. I can recommend this.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The hotel met our basic needs. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with. Pool was great, cicadas not so great. Location easily reached by taxi but we found hiring a scooter from the hotel was the best way to get into Ao Nang and go sight seeing!

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Good looking room. We were 5 persons so we get a dubbelroom. 2 kingsizebed and 1 extrabed. It was clean and fresh. Helpfull personal and good service. The minus was, to far away from the centrum, you need always taxi to go shopping, get some money and so on. The breakfast was not good. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: we had a family room, 2 big rooms that where very clean and brand new looking over big green hills, very friendly staff, very nice swimming pool a little out of ao nang beach but owner brings you and picks you up (10 min drive with tuk tuk)we recomend this hotel for staying 1 or 2 nights if you are passing through krabi [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]
