Hur sköttes bokningen?: A little slow on reply to my date change requests although I think this was because they could not get me a refund when reeduing my stay from 6 to 5 nights (hotel booking agreement - not Hotell-Thailand.se), other than that no issue as usual.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Very nice place, great rooms (Grande sea view). Good attentive staff, all round a beautiful place to visit. Beach location good but a little far from the main night life area.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: I stayed at the cheapest room in a hillside wing and was happy I didnt pay more. The cleaning is really average, they often don t mop the floors. The towels are really old and overused.However, you need to pay for the beach ones if you kept it longer than one day or took an extra. You also have to pay for low speed WIFI and give a deposit for a second key. The wing side doesn t even have a second key idea which caused a lot of problems. The brekkie was disgusting and it took a couple of days for 3 ladies and me to make them put the food labels. The waiters are really slow and you have to go and take the cutlery all by yourself. They even managed to cook thai food badly with a bitter taste(old oil I guess). The only pro is a hillside swimming pool and the people who work there. So, overall the hotel itself is well constructed but the management and the service made me wish call to Hotell-Thailand.se and ask about the refund policy and get out of this hotel. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Very quiet hotel, and the service is also good! It rained almost everyday at the beginning of May, but last not long. The only downside of the hotel is it s about 20 minutes walk from Bangbao Village. If the hotel can provide free pick up service from Bangbao Village when guests arrive, that would be better!

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: we came to that hotel already 3 or 4 years ago because we like the location: quiet,beautiful, far from the bars and discos. Last year they opened new building on the hill with very nice rooms. I think all rooms have a sea view. Near the new building there is a big swimming pool with there is a slide that takes you to the lower pool. Kids love it !! There is a third pool near the beach but no slide there. Between the rooms near the beach and the rooms in the building on the hill, you can take the cableway.International breakfast is very good. The restaurant is good too and not expensive. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Strandbungalow war sehr sehr schÃļn und geräumig. Reinigung erfolgte täglich - irrsinnig schnell und effizient. FrÃŧhstÃŧcksbÃŧffet war auf Thailänder ausgerichtet. FÃŧr den europ. Geschmack zuwenig Abwechslung, hätte mir mehr Obst und GemÃŧse erwartet - es gab lediglich Ananas, obwohl die Vielfalt vorhanden ist.StÃļrend war der abendliche Alleinunterhalter im Restaurant ( wie man so derartig laut und falsch singen kann!!!) er hat täglich sein Programm ( natÃŧrlich immer die gleichen Musiknummern) gespielt. Daher waren wir nie im Restaurant essen, die Speisekarte war jedoch sehr ansprechend.Der Strand ist nicht so toll. Es gibt keine Liegen. Nur Sessel . Keine Schrime, jedoch Bäume. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: This hotel actually consists of two parts, hill side and beach side, separated by the main road. Booked a room on the hill side, which was good value for money. There were no elevators and a lot of stairs. Nice swimming pool on the beach side. Hotel is located at the end of the walking street, about 10 minutes walk to the center. private beach is a joke; this is actually a terrace with sand on it. The hotel is located on a rocky shore; the actual beach ends about 100 meters before the hotel and there is no direct beach access from the hotel. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Ican only give reference to the hillside suites. I found them to spacious,with balcony views overlooking the pool. tastefully decorated,comfortable beds combined with friendly and courtious staff made for a very pleasant stay.

The place was perfect.You just have to take a plastic pair of shoes to go in the sea cause there are many rocks. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Sehr schÃļnes Hotel mit perfekter Lage. Hotel liegt etwas auÃerhalb des nächsten Ortes. Somit muss der Fahrdienst fÃŧr 50 Bath oder Taxi verwendet werden. Pool, Zimmer und Lage sind ausgezeichnet. Nachteilig sind das FrÃŧhstÃŧcksbuffet, welches im Lighthouse weit Ãŧber der Hotelanlage ist. Die Reinheit des Geschirrs war dort nicht besonders. Wer will, kann aber im nächsten Ort auch frÃŧhstÃŧcken. Das Beach-Restaurant war dagegen sehr angenehm und gut. Alles in allem ein sehr schÃļnes Hotel. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

The room (duplex) is big enough to allow 4 persons to sleep but it is not well adapted for small children as the stairs to reach the upper beds are dangerous. The negative points of this hotel are that there is no direct access to the beach : you need to use a Kayak which can limit the access (although the staff in charge was very kind and helpful). And it is a little bit far from any other restaurants so, if you don t have your own transportation and if you have small children, for dinner, you have no other choice but to eat at the hotel s restaurant which may not be the best in the area. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We loved the location. So close to the main road with great little restaurants. The beach was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was a treat every morning. The cleaning ladies did a great job, specially folding the towels a different way every morning! The gardens and sorounds are just beautiful. Overall we loved the place!

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Die Beach-Bungalows sind in einem schlechtem Zustand. Das Bett ist extrem hart und bin jeden Morgen von den Schmerzen aufgewacht. Die Dusche ist ohne Druck und nur ein Rinnsal. Laut Aussage von anderen Hotelgästen, ist gegen ein Aufpreis von 600 Bath ein Upgrade im Haupthaus mÃļglich, welches besser sein soll. Nach unserer Ansicht sind die Beach-Bungalows das Geld nicht wert. Wir empfehlen lieber ein anderes Hotel zu wählen. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We were in Chivapuri Resort from the 12 th of April to the 18 th of April and really enjoyed the holiday there.The resort area was really beautiful, indeed like a paradise. We were in a family bungalow which was very romantic, thaithyle and spacious with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms for 4 people. The terrace was lovely. Pool area was really nice as was also the beach.Breakfast was good, and the service, in overall, excellent.The only bad thing was a road to the resort which was in quite a bad condition. However, we usually walked on the beach to the Bang Bao resort and took a taxi from there for example to Bang Bao village. This was the way to avoid the bad road.I really can recommend the place for the people who like the tranquil holiday without mass tourism in a paradise.

It is a little bit far from every thing but there are some small restaurants on the beach where you can go walking (very close) even for diner and it is easy to get a taxi during day time (we did not try in the night). The rooms (standard rooms) are big; there is a nice swimming pool where our small children had very good time. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
