Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: we just love Apsaras!!!the welcome was great,they took all the time to greet us and show us to the room.it is a beautiful resort.the service is perfect.we stayed here before, and we loved it again.the rooms are just beautiful.we had a deluxe seaview room.the bathroom is very beautiful.it is right at the beach and you can walk for miles without seeing anybody.you can find some really beautiful shells at the pakarang cape.and now the Apsaras has a new pool at the other side of the small river.Very nice.We will be back agqain for sure .we have to give special thanks to Nyi Nyi and to Porn, they were great and very helpful, thank you so much.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Apsaras Beach Resort,this is absolutely a beautiful resort.We stayed here 10 days and we booked 2 days extra.We stayed in a deluxe seaview room wich was great ,..nice view and the room was perfect...the bathroom is so very nice with a big bathtub.The resort has 2 nice swimmingpools,.one overlooking the beach absolutely perfect.And the beach is nice,..you can walk for hours,..(in low season) without seeing anyone.At the end of the pakarang cape you can find really nice shells.The resort is a bit remote,.but that is fine ,.there is a 7 11 just 4 km back to the main road.If you rent a motorbike you can go everywhere,.there are a lot of nice places nearby like the sai rung waterfall, Ao thong beach and white sand beach.At Ao thing beach is a very good restaurant,.the food is good,..really good,...ALso you can go with a motorbike all the way to Bang niang where the shops are.So that the resort is a bit remote was no problem for us.The only thing they can improve is the menu,..a bit expensive,.food is ok,..but the choice is really limited.So that is why we went for diner to ao thong beach. Breakfast is perfect,..good choice.All with all the resort is perfect and we will come back again.Absolutely a 8 out of 10.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: What a great place Khao Lak and ABR&S is! Unbelievable. There is of course some room for making things better like a bigger menu in the restaurant, ice creams at the Zeus Bar also during low season. But furtheron there is almost no negative point about this resort itself. Maybe only the location which is a little out of the way, but that is comprised by the great large sandy beach and a perfectly kept and superb cleaned spacious resort. All the amenities are there. We had the Family Suite just behind the Zeus Bar with view on the sea at the front, view on the restaurant, gardens and swimming pool on the left. Great spot for those who seek rest and need facilities for kids. The pool has a waterslide and there are 3 bubble baths, something I don t think is mentioned in the texts on various sites...in which our kids played plenty of times!The food of the restaurant is pricy. For a meal, like lunch or dinner, for 2 adults and a child expect to pay about 1000 baht to 1500 baht each time! With Khao Lak centre just too far away for walking with kids, you can only get there by songtheaw or taxi: oneway 300 baht. But before you take the taxi to get to town...you should really try Kinnaree of the Resort itself: all the dishes are worth the try! They are all excellent, like if an angel is peeing on your tongue!Next door at the beach there are some women running a massage, they can also arrange a taxi. For 1200 baht they will drive you around for 4 hours and stop whereever you want!The service of the resort is like you want as a customer. They are just brilliant! Thank you all for entertaining our kids during our stay and on my list of best resorts for families with children...you re now #1 ! With a few more spots wanting to visit, the chance is big we will come again!One more thing. If you see some fishermen building and/or repairing their boats near the Tsunami centre along the beach, give them some baht. We heard that they haven t received a single cent of the 200 billion euro s that the whole world has given them for charity. There used to be a whole village for fishermen, but its completely gone and has not been rebuilded because no funds got there! I was stunned and gave 200 baht to a man who was fixing his boat: I haven t seen someone so happy as him in a long long time! Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Underbart ställe. Trevlig och tillmötesgÃ¥ende personal. Tyvärr var inte allt i ordning ännu för vi var där i lÃ¥gsäsong, men vi saknade inget. Restaurangen är dyr, men maten är vällagad och god och servicen hög. Härligt poolomrÃ¥de och trevlig lounge med filmvisning och happy hour. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: good atmosphere but poor of service and their own product knowledge at all.Guest Service cannot help anything even to give some simple info about hotel on-site activities, or even dinner buffet program that stand in front of the receptionist. The only thing guest service team can do is provide extension number of other department to let us call twice for each topic... 1st call guest service then 2nd call to new number provided by guest service tram who have no idea on everything. Maybe hotel should provide all department numbers in the room, so then the guests can call directly to the right source of info.For sure i am not going back there again!Compare to other resort nearby. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: A good modern hotel with clean and spacious rooms, wonderful bathroom, friendly service. It was nice to find not only bathrobes, slippers and a cattle in the room but also beach slippers and a beach bag.Own beach, very convenient and spacious.Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Not a place for party animals rather for those looking to de-stress. Breakfast was more or less the same all the time, though good. The hotel is a bit distant from dining and shopping areas. Although there are taxis available, most of such hotels have regular shuttle service. There is only one shuttle per day from Apsaras to KaoLak and the time is not convenient. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We loved to stay at Apsaras! We had access pool room, which was so spectacular. Room was modern, totally clean and very comfortable! Hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful. We rented motorbike straight from the hotel and it was easy and reliable. Hotel food was excellent including breakfast. We have been travelling all around Thailand 6 times, but this hotel and staff were the most finest what we have ever experienced! Beach in front of the hotel was quiet and peaceful, there were nobody else in our holiday which was awesome for the people who are looking peace and totally relaxing (like us).
