Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The hotel staff were friendly but there were many problems with the resort. They had barely any items that were on the menu and our room wasn t cleaned until 4pm despite us asking twice. There was a big group of people staying (54) and so my husband and I felt very sidelined and uncomfortable at dinner as there was not enough space and it was very noisy, with not enough staff to go round. The resort does not feel very natural, there was a lot of building work going on and a lot of bare ground. The hot springs were not running despite being on the website. Overall, poor value for money.
