We were all impressed by the location in beautiful surroundings, the well kept garden, the comfortable rooms and the good service. Would have loved having more time available. Highly recommended. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Advantages:- very nice pool placed in the garden- quiet location where you can relax- lovely garden with good design concept- tasty breakfast with wide scope of food to chooseDisadvantages:- most of guest are from Thailand, hotel staff has a poor English- resort is located about 8 km from the city - the hotel can arrange free taxi to the city only twice a day at 10:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m. - rooms need a little bit of refreshment (painting, bathroom). No big problem but the price for the room is quite high.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: This is our second time at this resort. It s been 3 years. The resort still offers very good value for money. Good location, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The rooms are nice and clean and free WiFi connection in every room. The hot water pressure is low sometimes during peak times. Will definitely return.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We stayed for 6 nights and wanted somewhere quiet to relax. Its what we got. The staff are fantastic, everywhere was very clean and the gardens are wonderful. The pool is like a bath and never busy. Only small niggle was not too much hot water in the room. Its an electric shower type heater sharing 2 or 4 rooms. Hur sköttes bokningen?: The website sent the hotel a confusing reservation letter that resulted in one of our rooms being on the ground floor and the management being very rude and unaccommodating.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the organisation of this booking. I had booked two double rooms with Hotell-Thailand.se.com, however when the confirmation email was sent to the hotel it stated (2 double/twin rooms) which the hotel took to mean that we wanted a double and a twin. When we informed the hotel that this was not what we had booked, they proceeded to argue with us and tell us that we had booked the wrong thing and then blamed the website. The management were very rude and unaccommodating. A shame for such a beautiful resort. Upon leaving the management again embarrassed themselves by accusing my partner and I of breaking the seal on a bottle of water in the minibar and then replacing it. Quite outrageous.The staff and the food at the resort were lovely and it was such a shame that bad management took away from this. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We found the staff very helpful, and although the rooms and bathrooms were old needing a clean and coat of paint, we had plenty of hot water and the beds were good. However, what did concern us was the following, we were allocated rooms 435 and 436, almost next to the fire excape, which was padlocked from the inside, and no way out. Although you always hope that it would never be used, the hotel is old and you never know what can happen, this issue has to be addressed, if we are to return to this hotel.

Hur sköttes bokningen?: Suggest you might need better communication with this property since guests may book enroute - or suggest to the property a system to get their on line booking information to the front desk.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: A little problem checking in - we had made the reservation on line enroute and were not able to print the Hotell-Thailand.se online voucher - this seemed a problem to our front desk person - we felt like we had to argue that we had a reservation - until management were called - not a good first impression! This looks like an fine older property but has been kept up well - and they offer excellent pricing - can be noisy if a big group is there when you are there - as we were - since the meeting/dance rooms are close to the rooms - unlike many resorts here there was no security at the gate

Hur sköttes bokningen?: The booking service was just fantastic - we booked about 3 hotels through Hotell-Thailand.se.com and had no problems at all and the correspondence was really quick and helpful. Would definitely book with Hotell-Thailand.se.com again.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: This hotel is just fabulous with a view and river location to die for. It s set about 15 minutes drive outside of Kachanaburi town, so you have to take that into account when booking, but it is worth every second of the drive. The hotel rooms are quite basic but lovely, although we were slightly dissapointed with the bathroom - our shower didn t work properly during one of the evenings - and the bathroom itself was more basic then we d have hoped. Having said that, it really didn t matter and we loved the room. The service in the hotel and hotel restaurant is exceptional although we were less impressed with the food - we did stay out of season, so some of the food wasn t available, but our food wasn t as nice as restaurants outside of the hotel and it was obviously more expensive. We would definitely come back to this hotel but perhaps in high season when there are a few more people around to give it more of an atmosphere. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]
