Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The hotel has great potential. But the little things made the stay alittle frustrating. Staying on the 12th floor, I wanted to take a shower in the morning and still after letting the water run 15 minutes it never got hot. Only after I was finished did the water get anywere close to warm. The wireless service, included(thankyou, but did not work. Can always connect to the router but the internet was not available most of the time. Had to use the sales office connection in the lobby. The rooms need renovation, the view was great, but the room can be over looked for the price if the little stuff was better.

The price was extremely affordable, especially for a room of its size...which is basically 2 deluxe rooms divided by a wall. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Sorry, but this hotel is lower level.Only the piano bar and the pool are good.I have heard that there is no invest into decoration of the rooms because the owner(s) want to sell the hotel.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Très satisfait, bien situé, service de navette gratuite très apprécié pour venir de l aéroport et pour repartir vers la gare routière. Le diner le soir en buffet à 60 bath imbattable. Personnel très accueillant.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: My stay at the Napalai was a pleasurable experience. The rooms were great and the sleeping was good. Rooms were extremely quiet and the mattress were excellant. Service was good and the breakfast was very good. I will consider staying there again in the future. Parking was plentiful and transportation to other shopping good. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Very good hotel located away from the central shopping area / train station. On bus route so easy access to cheap transportation around town, also Tuk Tuk s on street waiting for customers at all times. Large room with bathtub and ample water flow / hot water to use it. Has very good buffet, breakfast/lunch/dinner. Dinner buffet was on special for only 60 Baht. Service and staff very friendly and helpful. Free airport shuttle service. This place looked like an excellent choice for families, had a really nice pool. I would stay there again when returning to Udonthani. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The hotel was very reasonably priced though well past its sell by date having seen betterdays.The room was very tired and run down and had an unpleasant smell, we actually had to purchase a air freshener.The breakfast was ok though a little restricted in choice.The swimming pool was full of green water and the bottom of the pool could not be seen, so we didn t feel comfortable using.I suppose we got what we paid for, though there are probably better hotels in Udon.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Never again!We arrived later than planned and were tired on our arrival so the general state of the rooms we did not notice.The next day after an awful breakfast we noticed the rooms were filthy.On arrival back in the evening we noticed the maids had not made much difference and we asked the for the rooms to be cleaned again. On checking back again they were still in an unacceptable state so we cut short our stay and went to the far better Ban chiang

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The Napalai Hotel is very good value for money and I stay there regularly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is comprehensive if you like asian breakfasts, but the continental style offering is rather average (including stewed tea and coffee, unexciting corn flakes and anaemic white toast bread). The staff are friendly and helpful and they have a complimentary airport transfer. It is easy to get to the city by songthaew (No 14 or No 15) and the hotel is conveniently located for the airport.
