Hur sköttes bokningen?: Easy and fast, convenient. Can change the date of Check in without problem.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Warm welcome from the hotel personnel. Good location ( a few kilometers before the entrance to the Khao Yai National Park). Beautiful building, scene, garden and the kid adventure. The room is rather too small but clean and well furnished. A lot of pictures have been taken from the area. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Very nice hotel, an interesting European feeling. Very clean and everything brand new. Very kind and friendly staff. On the negative side, the breakfast is kind of lacking during the week. At the lakefront building the water pressure is poor and the TV system is terrible, cant understand why they dont have UBC or True satelite. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Dirty room and bad service at reception - room is not ready prepared upon arrival ( we reached resort almost 6 pm ) keep us waiting for checking in that late. Found somebody s hair on the floor - dirty restroom. and we stayed in Attic room -small and uncomfortable. Don t think will come back and stay at this place anymore. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We enjoyed our short stay here very much. The surrounding scenery is picture-perfect. Our kids love feeding the fish.
