Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The hotel decor and furnishings are a bit dated but are kept up well by the fantastic staff. The breakfast buffet was adequate but many items seemed to run out during the last 1/2 hour and were not refilled. The room itself was clean but the bathroom was in pretty bad shape. A recent A/C leak had left holes in the ceiling and mold and mildew had built up around that area. The shower head was very dirty and the toilet didn t flush properly. The location, near the Night Market, is perfect and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Overall a most pleasant experience.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: Too many staff doing nothing in dining room and reception. Reception staff doing nothing, but leave you standing there waiting to check in. A huge number of dining room staff and they are almost embarrassed at the fact that they have nothing to do. Try to look busy shuffling plates, and stacking and restacking crockery.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: This was our first stay at the Wangcome Hotel and we would recommend it. We booked a Grand Deluxe (because of the idea to give our holiday - after a long flight - a special beginning) and got a wonderful room with two (!) bathrooms. One can see that the hotel is a bit older, but it is clean. Although the Thai dishes were nearly cold (what seems to be common at hotel-breaktfast buffets), breakfast was really good and Thai coffee is offered (which we also recommend). The (old) bus terminal (take care, in the meanwhile there are two bus terminals!), the night market as well as other points of interest are in walking distance. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: I came in the evening the 5th Februaryto the hotel.I became very surprisedthat nobody knew about the e-mail I hadsent the 25th January,asking for help with sightseeing.In the morning 0600 6th Feruary I met a very nice man in the reception whohelped me to arange my sightseeing witha very good guide sa.lahu.As I told theman in the reception You saved my live I wanted to have cheese and yoghurt to my breakfest.It was not possible.I hadto go outside the hotel to get it.I missed a safety box in the roomYors faitfullyRagnar Zethelius [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]
