Hur sköttes bokningen?: Average. It took a reminder email to get the booking confirmed and a phone call to sort out the payment. I online booked superior and the booking cam back Deluxe and because of the delays I had no choice but to go with deluxe. I will go back to check out the superior. In all other matters it was efficient.

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: The Royal Lanna Hotel has a excellent location, but air conditioner is very old and usually broken. its breakfast is great, and WiFi only suppory wireless at its Lobby area, no any wifi can be used in a room. That s bed.

Hur sköttes bokningen?: I use a lot and have never had a problem. I still only use their service with hotels I am familiar with because if you end up in a bad place there is no way to get a refund.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: It was nice for the price. The breakfast was good. The rooms are large but could use some paint. They have enough space for a small couch or more comfortable chairs which would be a very nice improvement. Great locations next to the night bazar. I stayed there this year as oppossed to the Royal Princess which is almost across the street. Next year I plan to go back to the Royal Princess. Much nicer for a little bit more money.
