Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: This hotel is effectively run by Indians for Indians. The first room they gave me had no water at all, the next was OK. Shower water is lukewarm. Breakfast is either Indian, or Western. For Western, you get fried egg or omelette - just that and nothing else, no bacon,or anything else, just the egg! There is some sliced watermelon and one other fruit,and toast, with tea or coffee. Internet computer (one only) is free. Not worth it at the price. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Hur sköttes bokningen?: Absolute Delight to book through this website. Almost all the hotels in thailand are listed & the staff make sure to meet all your meets & demand.

The staff are very rude & have arrogance more worse then staff working at a 5 Star hotel.The Room is small & filled with roaches & the bathroom finishes as soon as you open the door.Overall its not worth the amount you pay for. If you are looking for some heavy shopping in Pratunam then it is ideal as you can just dump you bags and go on to shop again. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Hur sköttes bokningen?: The agent charged(1,400 THB) more amount for pick up from airport to hotel. But on arrival when enquired, I was offered at 800 THB for the same lemosine service.
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: I booked 2 double rooms and had a comfortable stay in the hotel. The hotel is ideally located and very good for tourists. Everything went well but ended with a very bad experience. I had more luggage as I was with family, so I had booked for a van through Ms nang (receptionist)before 2 days of my departure to drop me at airport. I booked the van for 6AM and was provided with an alternate van at 6.40am after lot of calls/request/hot argument. The total good experience ended got nullified with a sad situation due to unprofessional approach. I suggest all visitors not to book any taxi through hotel as you will get taxi/ 4 x 4 vehicles infront of hotel every time with out waiting. Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: It was a pleasant stay. For budget hotels, this is quite a good stay. Stayed there for 4 nights, they have the basic services like TVs, Shower heater, Air-conditioning. The only critic is that we have been eating the same breakfast for those days we had been staying. Lots of indian community, but we are okay. Taxi drivers find it hard to find the place, but you can always walk from the main road. Its very near, and you can always do some shopping at the street stalls while walking back to the hotel. Very convenient to the Platinum, Big C, etc. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We Stay 5 day´s in Khurana inn.We had 5 Rooms and we are all surpriced about the Hotel, Manager and Stuff.All are very Helpfull and there is only a bit what is negative.The Location is great, nearby Pratunam Market.The only negative is:- Rooms are small- Can be refurnichedBut for what you need the Room?We need it only for sleeping.We will come back, if we stay in Bangkok again.
