Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We stayed for 1 night while in transit to China the next morning. Great business hotel but far from all touristic areas. 30km from airport not as close to new airport. Do not take airport limousine, it is 3x more expensive than taximeter. Nice, well decorated rooms, great service by hotel concierge, although they charged us local calls for making restaurant reservations. Good breakfast buffet. Would recommend if in short transit to Bangkok. Good way to finish trip in Thailand. [Hotell-Thailand.se integr.ERR:escaping]

Hur sköttes bokningen?: Booking service was ok, but, as written above, our room was already occupied. Very disappointing!
Övriga kommentarer om hotellet: We had made reservation and paid for Royal suite, but when we arrived, the room was not available. the hotel offerred us junior suite and executive room, which we had to take, since we re travelling with 6 pers., it would have been rather difficult to find something else just for 2 nights. The rooms were nice, hotel beautiful, staff friendly, but still we were very disappointed that we had to stay in two separate rooms instead of the royal suite.
